I've been so busy lately with the packing and cleaning and the holiday coming up. Plus, getting things done with our etsy shop. But, I finally put up another post on my fictional blog, here.
Just 16 more days until we close on our new home. I've decided to call it a new home instead of a new house. I've lived in this house for more than 7 years now, but it has never really been home to me. Well, it has in the sense that it's where my family is. But I've never taken the time to actually make it a HOME. I've never liked it. It was hubby's house. Then I moved in. It's never been pretty or homey. It's my fault. I could've made it that way. But I never had the desire to. I knew it wasn't our HOME. I knew God had a HOME for us out there. And I truly believe that the one we're buying is that HOME! I am more than excited to start making it HOME! Anyway, I need to get back to work. Lots to do in just over two weeks.

Are you going to change anything? New colors/paint, etc??
Yes, after we sell the house we're in now, we're going to repaint some rooms in the new house. Noah wants his in a dark blue with a rocket ship on the wall. Anya wants her walls pink. And I want the kitchen in red!
